Toronto Fashion Week

Toronto Fashion Week

Toronto Fashion Week, led by lead partner Yorkville Village, was held in Toronto’s revitalized and prestigious luxury retail neighborhood, Yorkville. This bi-annual event hosts national and international designers, entertainers and the fashion community to create a touchpoint where fashion is embraced and celebrated.

For its fifth consecutive season, Toronto Fashion Week® returned to the Yorkville neighbourhood to deliver unique, exhilarating and thoughtful programming, focused on creating an immersive and experiential community of fashion, art and culture.

The event welcomed over twenty of Canada’s most accomplished and leading designers to the runway and saw the return of some of Toronto Fashion Week’s most successful collaborative programs- including STYLE PLATE, as well as the highly anticipated live taping of podcast Fashion Talks.

This season saw the launch of STYLE ART– a new community programming initiative focused on the intersection of fashion and art, featuring a series of fashion-related exhibitions located throughout several galleries in Yorkville. Kicking off STYLE ART, was a photo series titled Icon in the Making, featuring Canadian-born YouTube sensation, actress, and model Gigi Gorgeous, shot by world-renowned fashion photographer Chris Nicholls.

As the leading fashion event in Canada, Toronto Fashion Week creates a catalyst for media engagement, retail activity and global connectivity. Most importantly, Toronto Fashion Week is proud of their commitment to fashion-related charities and are delighted to support Kayla’s Children Center, #SENTALER4SickKids and Dress for Success through our platform.
